Equisupps is a subscription service, sign up to one or more supplements, tell us what dose you want for each one and get them delivered straight to your address monthly. We will send you one easy to open sachet for every day of the month, simply tear off the top and add this to your horse’s feed. Simple as that!

How Do I Select A Dose?

Each supplement you add to your subscription comes in a daily dose. Select the number of grams per day when adding it to your basket.

What About Postage?

We use Australia Post to ship your supplements, these will be sent on the Friday of your renewal week so should normally arrive on the Monday or Tuesday. You will receive an email confirming your order so you know it’s on the way.

Each month we will send a fresh box of daily supplement pouches straight to your address. Postage is calculated based on the total weight of your order. To keep the prices of our supplements as competitive as possible, we do not bundle shipping.

What About Morning And Night Doses?

AM and PM dosing is a feature that we will be adding soon!

Currently we only offer a once per day sachet, but this can easily be opened in the morning and half of the mixed supplements added, with the other half added that night. If separate morning and night dosing is important to you, please let us know at equisupps@gmail.com and we may consider adding this in future.

What If I Have Multiple Horses or Addresses?

Not a problem!

Each subscription will be packaged and charged for shipping separately. So if you have multiple horses simply add one subscription for each horse. These may be shipped together to reduce packaging but will always be sent in separate pouches.

If you have multiple subscriptions and want to combine them, either delete one and modify the other. Or delete both and create a new one with the products you want for that horse.

The address for each subscription is set during the checkout page, so if you have multiple horses at different addresses, simply create a subscription for each and set the address during checkout.

Do I need an account?

Yes, you do need an account so that you can manage your active subscriptions and see past orders. You can sign up during the checkout process or at the My account page.

How Can I Manage My Subscription?

You can edit your ongoing subscription, view past orders and update your details such as address and payment method by visiting My account. If products or doses have changed and you are unable to edit an exisiting subscription, please cancel it and create a new one with your desired selections.
